Something very valuable which I would like to share
Realising the concept of this seems so important
It's very interesting how topics like these are not so widespread
Rather, it's like something of a quest for one self to discover and learn about
Through even video games, especially the Shin Megami Tensei series,
you would come across all these very interesting terms
For example the area names, such as Muladhara, Sahasrara & etc.
All these are not just random names, rather it's refering to the base chakras
of a human body
When free, finding something to read, I would say these are probably one of the best
Simply by searching the term, I would come across the explanation of some of these
really important stuffs pertaining to living life and good well-being
So, I'll try to cut short
The link I've attached actually provides to a useful website that actually details very well
what are some of the yoga poses that helps relives certain 'blocked' points / chakras
in our human body
And basically, whenever we feel discomfort somewhere, even our mind
It actually means some part of our chakras are 'blocked' and not doing well
In that case, we could actually refer to the different yoga postures, methods
and even diets and recommendations to go outdoors etc, to relieve and heal
different aspects of our body & mind accordingly
Usually for most people, we probably did some of these things unknowingly
For example would be me going to some nature area, which helps me feels better
This alone is one of the way to actually heal our first base chakra, the Muladhara
It's really cool and interesting to know about them
See, playing games netted me quite a lot of knowledge in life actually...(laugh)
Games that actually attracted and brings me to play, that is
Knowing things about the Four Vedas from the ancient Hinduism religion
is also really interesting, I would say it's probably where one could discover so much
if they were to dwell into that, perhaps even to enlightenment....hmhmm
